Hi. My name is Jim Meleo, and I am the team leader of Clients First Team. 1994 was a busy year. I retired from the US Navy ending one career and beginning another in real estate. I was fortunate to have a good broker and company assisting me in the learning process of real estate transactions and the importance of committing yourself unselfishly in accepting the responsibilities of assisting your clients. Selling or buying a home used for personal use or a real estate investment is most likely one of the most financially important decisions you may have. I have pursued this vigorously and have completed all the education and testing requirements to become a broker in Virginia and North Carolina. My name is Glorian Lynch. I am an experienced Real Estate Agent.  I am licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina.  I am excited  about my career and family. I was born in Rochester, New York and spent most of my life being raised in Virginia Beach.  I have remained extremely close with my parents and younger sister.  I love the area and enjoy living near the water. My husband and I have been married two years and we live in Virginia Beach with our two dogs.  We love to spend time as a family.

I got my  Masters in Education from Old Dominion University in 2003.  I am currently a fifth grade teacher in Virginia Beach.  I plan on using my background in education to help educate my customers and to ensure that they will find a home in a location that will best meet their needs.
